Our Park Department

The Hebron Parks and Recreation Board equips and maintains 7 community parks throughout the Town of Hebron. These parks are used for picnics, festivals, weddings, concerts, sporting activities and various community activities. The Parks and Recreation board also has built and maintains the Ice Skating Rink located near the North Water Tower in front of the new water plant. They meet the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Stagecoach Inn, in downtown Hebron. The Park Board also sponsors the Annual Soapbox Derby in the summer. We provide the full-sized cars for the kids to ride in and all they have to do is have fun and race down the hill. It is a truly enjoyable day for kids and spectators.
