MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

June 1, 2004

            The regular meeting of the Hebron Board of Zoning Appeals was called to order on June 1, 2004, by President Jeffery Hanlon at 6:30 p.m.

 

            Present at the meeting were Marianne Struble, Scott Tolley, Cathy Popjevach, Jeffery Hanlon, Eugene Manago, Council Liaison Jeffrey Grogan,  Attorney Theodore A. Fitzgerald,  and Recording Secretary Joanne Garrett-Hansen.

                       

            President Hanlon opened the public hearing to address NITCO’s  request for an extension of an existing variance.    Discussion ensued.  Mr. Hanlon closed the public hearing.  Discussion ensued among the Board members.  On motion of Jeff Grogan, seconded by Scott Tolley, and duly carried 4-1, the Board approved the variance.  Findings of Fact are attached to these minutes.  (The Recording Secretary notes that all costs associated with the request for variance were paid and that a Notice was published according to statute).

           

            There being no further business before the Board, on motion made by Marianne Struble,  seconded by the entire Board, the meeting was adjourned.
