The Hebron Planning Commission and Town Council would like to personally
extend and invitation for you to participate in the Comprehensive Plan
workshop scheduled for Wednesday May 12th, 2010 from 6:30pm to 9:30p.m.
at the Gathering Place. For the past 6-months the Plan Commission has
completed a survey of resident’s attitudes towards future growth and
development of the Hebron and studied population projections, our
infrastructure system and potential impacts of the construction of the
Illiana Expressway and the American Discovery Trail. We now faced with
the difficult task of determining how Hebron will grow and what we wish
to include in our future plans such as parks, a community center and new
land for location of businesses and jobs.
We are asking you to help us in this process by attending and
participating in a workshop that will draw together information and wide
community representation to finish our future land use plan and identify
